Arogyam Jeevan Biological or Digestive Clock

All the living things have their own bio logical clock, due to the modern life style we have disturbed our own biological clocks , which is also one of the main cause of modern dreaded diseases. Correct your bio logical clock get rid of most of the diseases . In India we generally pray god and ask for 2 times meals a day , but how many meals do we eat :-

1. Break fast

2. Lunch

3. Dinner.

In old times we used to have food after Sun Rise and Before Sun Set. But in modern society we don’t have timings for food intake and the number of times we eat some thing or the other . Human digestive system has a direct connection with the sun , As the sun sets our digestive system starts getting slow and hence we have digestive issues. 90% diseases are because of the poor digestive system.

Step-1. Eat any thing after 8-00 A.M in the morning , and after before 8-00 P.M. at Night. Do not eat any thing before 8-oo A.M and after 8-00 P.M to have a good digestion strictily

Step -2 . have a fixed timing to sleep, ( avoid late night sleeping habbits) Sleep for 6-8 hours daily ( Arogyam products helps you to have a calm and sound sleep)

Step-3. Do not watch TV. Before sleep ( listen to some soft / spiritual music while you go to sleep)

Gut brain is the 2nd brain of humans . brain of humans is controlled by gut brain through vegas nerve . Gut brain is the microbium of good bacterias in a gut. In our modern life style and eating habits we have gone far away from our traditional healthy diets. To maintain healthy gut follow these steps :-

1. Always eat living food (Jaivik bhojan ) i.e raw fruits and vegetables , grains.

2. Avoid man made and packaged foods ( foods in packings and bakery items made in factories)

3. Make pro biotic and pre biotic (fermented) foods as your daily routine at least once in a day. Some common probiotic rich foods are :-

  • Kanji ( king of probiotics.

  • Butter milk ( chatti di lassi or chhach)

  • Curd in any form

  • Curd recipe on you tube

  • Khameeri roti

  • Idli , Dosa , Dhokla ( batter should be kept for 6 hrs for fermentation)

  • Siddu ( himachali food )

  • Kari cooked in butter milk or curd ( should be consumed at room temperature )

  • Pickles etc
